    Default cravings?

Just wondering if anyone doesnt give into their pregnancy cravings?
The reason i am asking is that i have been craving mcdonalds ALL the time recently, and sometimes eat it everyday I am trying hard to stay away from it though. And this morning i had a craving for NZ dip and corn chips and its what i am eating for breakfast I am walking my dogs everyday and doing aqua natal classes once a week, so i am being fairly active.
Anyway sorry for the ramble, basically i am asking should i be worried about putting on too much weight (i am already overweight) and is there a way to not give into those cravings? Sorry if you are confused lol

YES!!! and its all your fault Karen!!!!!

that day i met up with you V and Kellie, i had maccas remember....double quarter pounder meal??

since that day i have had one every 3 days

its like i am lacking iron and crave the red meat or something because i also crave lamp chops.....i dont really eat red meat that much and i definitly dont eat chops..icky...

but this maccas obsession is terrible....i had a double quarter punder last night too.

in the last few weeks, this has been my only craving...

i worry....that after i have the baby i will be left really fat....but then in my case i dont worry because i am putting myself on a diet this time....

because last time i felt really terrible after having DS....i lost weight in my pregnancy due to the diet i was on because of the GD so when i gave birth i was smaller than i was before i got pregnant. but i got lazy and started to pile the kgs on.

thats not gonna happen this time....

I just give into them with DS#1 it was red meat and cheese burgers, for about 2 months I had a cheese buger almost every day for lunch.
With this one its milk & milk shakes I drink gallons of milk and whenever I go out I get a milk shake.
I only have 3 more weeks to go & have only put on 11kg & I only put on 12kg with DS#1.

I think its your body telling you you need more of somthing.

I dont have cravings as such, but sometimes I really really feel like something and when I eat it, it taste's oh so good!!

I try and not to give into my "wants" generally because they are junk food and I really dont want to be eating **** and secondly, my tooth doesnt appreciate it either

But yes, I do worry.. I don't want to put on unnecessary weight therefore I try to limit myself... Though yesterday I gave in, I really felt like Cadbury Caramello Chocolate... ( I usually hate caramel)

im lucky i guess... the only things i CRAVED until about 30 weeks were cheese and tomato on rice crakers toast etc.. ate soooo many tomatoes... and vegemite toast... now it has moved onto milo.. a little less healthy but i guess it could be worse... so far i've but on roughly 17kgs and i;ve only got 19days to go... its not GREAT but i guess it could be worse... i am also getting my 5and 2 of veg and fruit and right amount of carbs and protien and iron so i think if you balance it you should be ok

oh YES!!!!!!!!!!! Go Maccas!! Only greasy food I can still tolorate (and CRAVE!) Love my Big Macs, trying to limit to two a week, soooo not working (also already overweight, so Hear where you are comming from miracle!)

I reckon Beany is a fan of the special sauce!
    Also craving corn chips..

My test results came back extra low in Sodium, so I can rationalise "Doctor told me to eat more salt!!!!" Chris is not buying it!
