thanks for this thread ,as our little munchkin was very ill after having egg ( on a couple of occasions ) well just the whites .
I am often on the lookout for easy snacks & things that don't contain egg, & feel quite limited at times with preparing my own all the time.

for biscuits, ds (egg and nut anaphylactic) gets Wheelies. They are totally egg free and are usually found around the Sniggles biscuits.

For 'ice cream', he gets frozen yoghurt. Milo minis and one of the fruit minis (can't remember the brand) are great for ice blocks.

Captains Table water crackers have no trace of egg.

Sippah straws have no egg or trace of at all.

I've also got a brilliant egg free banana bread recipe and banana cookie recipe - great for using up over ripe bananas.

Try looking at vegan website for some ideas. On those websites, they are also likely to post additive numbers which may contain egg that you wouldn't otherwise know about.

These days it's not so bad when kids have these allergies with regard to foods being available. Our friends are vegan and they eat really good, yummy foods! We had a vegan cake for DS at his birthday and everyone lined up for seconds!!!

Just thought Id pop this in here since we bought these yesterday and they seem great for kidlets wiht allergies.

Heinz Little Kids Bikkies (they are only new) the honey oat/ honey banana ones are peanut, egg and soy free! As well as having a very low salt and a low sugar content. And they taste yummy! My little miss loves them!

They have a choc malt flavour but I havent got them so not sure what they have in them
