There are SOO many diets on the 'market' at the moment, especially with New Years coming (resolution haven) and I have decided that I am going to jump on the band wagon and say "My New Years resolution is to Lose weight"
First step. My 'darling' mother subtly gave me the CSIRO wellbeing diet book. Very subtle mum. But many thanks all the same. I have read through it, and it looks fantastic. The structure looks really easy. One thing. I cant really find the effort to cook these fantastic meals when it is just for me. My husband has a total of 22 days left at home between now and the end of August 06 and I really dont think cooking meals large enough for 2 people will help my diet program.
I have used Lite'n Easy before, and I am beginning to think that this might be the way to go for me while hubby is away. $119/week and they provide me with breakfast, lunch, dinner and all my snacks for 7 days a week. Plus, I dont have to shop. No leftovers, no mucking around. Easy.
I guess my question here, is what program do you use? How do you guys keep fit and trim? Supermum, I noticed in the BMI thread you said you have lost 23kg's so far! What program are you on? How much exercise do you do? I have done my BMI and I need to lose about 30kg's as well.
My goal? To have a new body by the time my husband returns from sea!
