    Question I forgot to eat yesterday....

    & now I can't eat I woke up hungry at about 1:00 this morning with a rumbly tummy but couldn't be bothered to get up & eat somthing & now I have lost my appetite & everything is making me feel sick.
    What is a good food other than chocolate to help me get my appetite back?

    Maybe start with something simple like a cuppa and a bikkie? Or a piece of toast?

    That usually does it for me if I don't feel like eating.

    Iv just had a cuppa Im hoping if I take Azalea for a walk up to the bakery for morning tea somthing there will take my fancy

    Anything.

    Don't try to find something you want to eat or you'll just end up rejecting everything because it isn't quite right. Find a biscuit in your kitchen or a piece of toast and just make yourself have a bit. It'll wake your system up.

    sorry for late reply.. hopefully you are going a bit better now... i was going to say a banana too.. because if you have eaten your sugar levels might have dropped, and its a good way to boost that and energy levels back up....
