i'm thinking of buying a cross trainer to use at home. im trying to loose weight and walk daily but need more, i am 40 mins away from a gym so thats not really an option. im not sure what the best piece of home fitness equiptment is, any suggestions?? i want to loose weight and generally tone up (the normal belly, thighs etc). any info would be great,
