    You will get there beautiful!

    My suggestions are:

Buy one of those 12-15 litre purfied water jugs and keep it in your room, so that way whenever you wake up for feeding time, drink a glass, drink while you're feeding, drink after your feeding. This was the only way I could get any milk! I had to drown myself. If we drink a glass per every feed, by then end of the day that equals more then 8 glasses.

When you eat your 3 main meals of the day, the ammount should only be what you can fit into the two palms of your hands, this is the recommended serving and ideal portion for our bodies to break down. This will help booste your metabolism. The other two-three snacks should just be nuts, dried fruit, yoghurt, lite milk, veges, fruit, (I make up a yummy fruit salad and just eat it through out the week).

When you wake up, eat breakfast, (white bread is loaded in carbs), grain, wholemeal, are the best options. Yoghurt with Museli is yummy! And good for you! Diet yoghurt is yummy too.

Take walks with bubs in the pram.

Don't let it stress you out though, it took your body 9 months to change, you need to give yourself that much time to recover and restore your nutrients.
