    Talking diet yogurt...

    im in the middle of eating a dairy farmers thick and creamy yogurt... field strawberries.... its so creamy it tastes great, anyone else tried them..98% fat free, and 165 calories..pretty good

    I ate the citrus cheescake one the other day yummo!! Not 98% fat free though

    Good alternative but just remember fat free doesn't mean sugar free ( i hate to say it coz it upsets peeps). Sugar turns to fat. Check the label and check out how much sugar, or artificial sugar is added. Don't shoot me pls.

    But it is a better alternative than hard core fatty stuff.

    it has 24.0g sugar....... i dont eat yogurt often, it was a treat...and a good one too

    Hip u know i luv ya and i do agree...but.....u can get the same calcium intake from green leafy veges...i luv ya hip don't shoot me...

    But...i luv yoghurt for a treat sometimes too....its all good was just reporting in what i have found out thats all....i get scared coz i don't want to upset peeps too much....

    So its still better than eating junk....

    kiah its fun to upset people now and then
    the actually have proved that people who eat more low fat dairy lose more weight, and im fairly sure its from the stomach too...... dont quote me though

    Are you Serious Kiah?? Oh my god and here i am eating Yogurt flat out on my health kick no wonder i aint losing the Kgs!!
    What are we surpose to eat for inbetween snacks???

    look for the yogurts with the LOW GI symbol....i think they are low in sugar...i was only allowed to eat that kind when i had GD...

    It's good to start off with, i used to before i read more into nutrition. I snack on heaps of raw veges, nuts, seeds, beans etc. I dip them in hommus. Or better still why don't u dip raw veges into your yoghurt..like a treat.

    If u eat a plate full of raw vege u will see how hard your bod has to work to eat it compared with soft of smooth foods like yoghurt. Always think as natural as the earth. That is how our bods are meant to eat. But we are def all entitiled to a little indulgence. Always trying to help and inform thats all. And yes, i induldge.
