there are a few ways to do anything, but my way is always right.
Good alternative but just remember fat free doesn't mean sugar free ( i hate to say it coz it upsets peeps). Sugar turns to fat. Check the label and check out how much sugar, or artificial sugar is added. Don't shoot me pls.
But it is a better alternative than hard core fatty stuff.![]()
it has 24.0g sugar....... i dont eat yogurt often, it was a treat...and a good one too![]()

look for the yogurts with the LOW GI symbol....i think they are low in sugar...i was only allowed to eat that kind when i had GD...
It's good to start off with, i used to before i read more into nutrition. I snack on heaps of raw veges, nuts, seeds, beans etc. I dip them in hommus. Or better still why don't u dip raw veges into your yoghurt..like a treat.
If u eat a plate full of raw vege u will see how hard your bod has to work to eat it compared with soft of smooth foods like yoghurt. Always think as natural as the earth. That is how our bods are meant to eat. But we are def all entitiled to a little indulgence. Always trying to help and inform thats all. And yes, i induldge.
