Ok, I have decided that tomorrow (always tomorrow) I am going to start my weightloss journey oce again and I WILL stick to it.
Is there anyone that can help me at all. Send me a PM or email me to see if I have done my workout.
I am wanting to go for a walk each morning. Depends on how I feel.
