Any playgroups/mothersgroups in Arncliffe area

Hi,
I am new to the Arncliffe area and was wondering whether anyone knows of any playgroups or mothersgroups nearby. I have a 6 month old son and would love to meet some local parents with children of a similar age.

Hi there, we are just down the road from you at Rockdale, and I take my boys to a friendly playgroup on the Princes Highway there at a church hall (cannot remember the name of the church but it is next door to ultratune) It's on Tues mornings in the school term 10am till 12pm. Liz the organizer is lovely, and there are always people willing to chat!

Hi, there is a new Playgroup association playgroup at the same church hall on Thursday mornings from 10am til 12 am. At the moment the children are all under 1, but it is open to all! $2 a session, and if you want to keep coming you need to join the Playgroup Association ($32 per year for public liability insurance etc).
