Im so cranky with myself
I have been on so many diets and health kicks for about 5 years now and I never manage to stick to them!
I have been on Jenny Craig, WW and TF diets and I have lost probably 10kgs all up, but I still have probably less than 10 to go. Its not a great deal compared to some people, but I think because im not overly uncomfortable in my body it makes it harder to loose the weight.
I hate exercise and love chocolate. That is my biggest downfall. I shouldnt say that I hate exercise really, I hate the thought of doing it. once I have done it I feel great! As a mum with 3 kids its just hard to find the time to do anything for me. Ive been thinking of getting a personal trainer but then then I feel guilty on spending money on myself when I could be spending on the family for food or renovations for the house.
Is anyone else in the same situation as me? How did u overcome it? I so want to lose this last 10kgs but its harder than the first 10kgs!
