    Default Is Madison To Popular?

    Hi Everyone,

Just interested to know how many Madisons you all know. I don't know any but it is supposed to be the most popular girls name for 2004 and would hate my little girl to be one of a heap of Madisons!

    Thanks!

I'm one of those folk who prefer unusual names, so yeah, to me Madison is too popular (plus I don't like it anyway!)

    I know a few.
I also liked the name and then a couple of friends used it. LOL
It is a really lovely name though, if you don't have too many people close to you that have used it, I would go for it!!

It is quite popular, and a lot of people will argue with you that it's a boys name (I'm one of those on that boat, I admit) However, who cares if it's 'too popular' as long as you love it

I also like the name Madison but I do not know of anyone with that name.

Does it really matter how popular it is???
As long as you are happy with it. Then go for it.

    Hi Dannii

Madison is lovely! I think if you really like a name, you should use it!

If you are really concerned, here is a link to most popular names in 2004 for Qld. If you are not in this state, I'm sure you can find the equivalent site in NSW, VIC etc.

Just a warning, Madison is on the list.
