I've seen similiar in the chemist at cheaper prices but haven't been game to try any.

A lot of natural caffeine in that one though which would certainly perk one up but as it says be careful if you have high blood pressure etc.

yeah i seen that myself, im really fussy when it comes to things like this, but ive been working out for 6 weeks with no real weight loss so im geting to the point where i just want a kick in the bum to boost weight loss
