Default Caffeine Content of Foods - FYI

I have been doing a bit of internet research, wondering how much caffeine is in certain foods and drinks. I thought FYI you might like to know:

Coke and Vanilla Coke - 34mg
    Diet coke - 45.6mg
    Tea - 50mg
    Instant Coffee - 95mg
    Brewed Coffee - 135mg

Coffee Ice Cream - 40.6mg per serve
Cadbury Chocolate Bar - 15mg per serve
Dark Chocolate - 28mg per serve

It isnt recommended that pregnant women have more than 300mg per day.

Carls, I've heard that Aspatarme (the sweetner is sugar free things) is worse than caffeine, so you've be better off drinking full coke!

Husband and I found a "Natural" coke, it's a new softdrink called FUSE, relatively cheap. It's made from apple juice and caramal syrup or extract or something..

Thanks so much for this Carls!!!!! I have a can of coke probably 4 times a week, because I just have cravings for that fizzy-ness (plus it totally tastes different out of a can, am i right or am i right??!!) And my DH always tells me off, he says I should have a cup of tea instead!!!! But I am actually better off having the coke!!!!

(Except of course for the sugar content, and the artificial colours etc etc..... )
