I think its cute, good exercise for you and the cat too.
and dr harry did a bit on it last year so there must be plenty out there who do it, if I had a cat I would.

Yeah i ahd a friend who walked there cat and she said after a while the cat learns how to walk on the lead and begins to enjoy it im just worried seeing we live on sorta of large properties here that the cat will get ideas and go for walks without me and not come back

My grandmother used to walk her siamese cats. They loved it. You just have to be extra careful and walk them where it is quiet, due to dogs. Some dogs are fine, but to others it a a novelty and they want to play, or they just don't like em.

Don't think it is weird, but it does depend on the cat whether it is successful. Some cats don't like it.

I dont walk my cat, I think it is a bit weird but at the same time it would be a sight to see! I dont think it being weird would stop me anyway if I wanted to do it. I saw the cutest thing last weekend, a little girl riding on a scooter with her dog running beside her and a rabbit in a sling around her neck. Yes it was weird to see but soooo sweet

May others expectations have no effect on me, everyday I will aim to be as loving as I can be to all those around me but above all to myself.

I used to walk my cat. I trained her as a kitten to walk on a lead, then once she got older she would just walk around the block with me, no lead.
I loved it!! Though many people think I was weird for doing it...
You know what, I deserve better. I will stand up and out of your shadow, I will feel the wind in my wings, I will learn to fly, you can stay and enjoy my freedom or leave, either way I was born to fly.

I don't think it's weird at all. When my cat was young I used to have him on lead and harness to go outside and he was fine on it,no dramas at all.
