Ok, I did a Body Pump class yesterday morning at the gym (the one were you use the weights during the entire class)...now I had the lowest weight's possible.....and despite the fact I loved the class....MY THIGHS ARE IN AGONY - too many lunges....other than putting deep heat on them...is there anything else that will help reduce my sore mussles?
I'm having trouble getting in and out of the car...sitting with DS at his little table...and sitting down on the toilet![]()
