Ulladulla anyone?

Hi my brother is living in Ulladulla (sorry if I am spelling it wrong) and I haven't seen him in 5 years (or so) and I am thinking about paying him a surprise visit (will be the only way i will get to see him no doubt, long story).

so i guess what i want to know is what its like? what is accommodation like? what are the off peak times to visit.
I'm sorry if these are stupid questions, I didn't even know the place existed until he moved there. And all I've seen of it is a little video tape he sent my mum several years ago and that didn't show much.

any help is greatly appreciated!

Oh and how long a drive is it from sydney?

My Oma live at Burrill Lake, the next town down about 15 mins away! I haven't been there in years but always remember loving it when we visited. From what Oma says now, it is a popular place.
