I just want to give you some of these,i don't really have any advise although i have sort of been in the same position you are in i didn't really find a way to stop, the underlying problem was resolved so i guess the eating problem fixed itself,i guess it was nerves for me,maybe this is what is happening to you, maybe try seeing a doctor?

When I broke up with a long-term partner, I thought I had a virus. For a good couple of weeks I just had no appetite at all. It ended up being all stress.

I'm not going to lecture you, as you say, you know how important good nutrition is. Do your best to eat at mealtimes, even if it is just a small serve of what you would normally have.

Rapid weightloss could cause you additional problems that you really don't need now. Force yourself to keep putting nutrition into your body until your hunger returns. In the meantime, if it goes on for over another week, go and see a doctor. You will have to force yourself in the short term but it will be worth it.

    Look after you

    I'm sorry

It's understandable that you're doing this babe, things will start looking up and you're eating habits will go back to normal.

Maybe it's time to see a doc then. Just to make sure everything's working properly

Sounds like you have shocked the sh!t out of your system, literally!

Cel i remember when me and the ex broke up i couldn't eat for ages. Probably a sandwhich every few days or something and that's it! Lost heaps of weight but it started becoming dangerous. You don't want to go through that believe me. Start eating small amounts of food regular to re-train yourself. Your kids need you right there with them and not looking at you in a hospital bed.

    Please see a doctor
