HELP with MYOB

Im doing my last assignment for my MYOB module and i need a help with a question. I can't really think off the top of my head at the moment.

Here is the question

List four reasons why an integrated accounting software package such as MYOB is a preferred method than writing up your books of accounts manually?

Any suggestions?????

You can set up and have standard reports on your day to day business activity.

Alot easier to search for transactions

Alot easier to control Creditors and Debtors

Easy to monitor and maintain bank account reconciliations

Now MYOB has easy online BAS and tax payment systems.

No more Double entry

Anytime, I finished my Certificate in MYOB last July and have been doing Accounts Payable for 5 years and Payroll for another 5 years so I have plenty of experience with computerised accounts and payroll packages.

But it still got me thinking. Good luck with your assignment.
