    Chicken Tonight and rice

You can get heaps of different flavours.

Cook up heaps of rice, portion it out separately, cook up heaps of chicken, portion it out and add your sauces to each portion and freeze separately.

Grab one chicken package and one rice package and hey presto theres your lunch.

Can cook up udon noodles too and grab that instead of rice depending on wot takes ya fancy that morning.

So you add the sauces to both the chicken and the rice or noodles or you just add it to the chicken part???

And do you only mix them when you warm them up???

Sorry just trying to become a budgeter as well as a freaking busy person...

Just incase you didn't know you cannot defrost meat and then cook it and then freeze it again. You need to cook everything fresh then freeze it.

    My suggestions are

Chicken Surpreme - If you want the recipe let me know (It can be cooked totally in the microwave too)
    Shepard's Pie
    Stir Fry
    Beef Stroganoff
Beef Goulash with either rice or mashed potato
    Fried Rice
    Chicken Filos
Sausages in Tomato & Onion Gravy (gravy is made on vegemite) & mashed potato

You add the sauce to the chicken and then you can either freeze it together with the rice or freeze separately and then grab one of each in the morning.

If you cook heaps of chicken up at the same time then you just divide it up and can add different flavour sauces to each one.

I used to do this all the time, back in the day.

    Ah the memories, lol
