    Default Foil Balloons

I brougt a balloon off ebay.. a foil one. I'm not sure how to fill it up though! It says air or helium. Can anyone explain to a balloon novice? Do I need a pump of some kind?

Take it to a party supplier or florist and they will fill it with helium for you.

In the heat it wont last very long so maybe a few weeks but you can have it re-done as needed !
What happens also is dont stress if the balloon loses a little bit during the heat this is normal the gas shrinks in the balloon. Overnite or when it cools down you will find it back to its former glory

i used to work fo r aprty shop, if you fill with helium it will last for a week then start to deflate. If you fill with air you will have to get a balloon hand pump to fill it. There is a small silt down near the bottom of the ballon where you push the air pump up inside the balloon. If you fill with helium it will float nicely and ou can attach the curling ribbon to the bottom, if you fill with air you will have to find a way to attach it from the top so it stays the right way up. My advice is go and get it filled with helium, it will prob cost about $5 i think most party places, florist and even toys r us do helium fills! The foil are great coz they dont pop easily and after your finished with them you can either refil them or let the kids play with it! hope that helps!
