Question Fire at the SW Sports Centre, Bunbury?

When me and DH were on our way home from friends at Dallyellup on Saturday night there was a building on fire, looked like on the grounsd of the SW Sports Centre, but I've not been able to find anything on the web news.

    Anyone know anything about it?

Strange because it definitely looked like a large building and you could clearly see it from the highway quite a way before we went passed the sports centre.....

Very strange,,,, it definitely looked like a large building from the road and you could see it quite a way before you went passed.

ah well, obviously not felt newsworthy enough whatever it was!!

I think the fire you saw was the one where a young guy in his SS commodore got bogged on the side of the road (no idea why he was pulled over so far) and his exhaust caught the grass under his car on fire and up it went. The fire was down Washington street/road, which is a back way into the rec centre. We have friends that live down the back of withers and we went there the next day and the car was still there smoking and then we saw an article in Tuesday's free paper i think. Hope this answer your question.
