    Default Exercies

    I am just after some different types of exercises that I can do as I bubs is almost 5wks old and its time to lose the extra 20kgs that I picked up.
    Any suggestions?

    If you do a search through the forum i think you'll find quite a few threads on exercise.
    It really depends on what you like doing though, and what fits into your schedual.

    - Walking with a pram is good as you can do it anywhere anytime. I found it great because DS just did not want to be put down, but moving in a pram was okay and it gave me a break from holding him constantly.

    - I have a couple of dvds of 5 x 10 minute areobic and pilates workouts. They are great, because i can fit in 10 minutes here and there throughout the day when i get the chance.

    - and i also like to go swimming or to a yoga class as it gives me schedualed time off just for me

    I agree walking is a great thing to do with bubs...

    My son is two now and i still go out for my evening walks with him in the pram and he loves it

    I walk everyday with bub in a jogging pram, yoga is a good gentle way of getting back into shape, and dancing.....i do stomache crunches in front of the tv....and dumbells for my arms
