    hello

i made pork loin chops lastnight and i made a simple marinade, i don't really use measurements..

soy sauce (i use pearl river bridge brand, the light soy)
a teaspoon or 2 of garlic, fresh or from the jar (i use one named 'just garlic')
a splash of dry white wine or you could use a splash of vinegar

i lightly sprayed it with cooking spray before i grilled them under the griller.

and that's it.. and you could heat up a little honey in the microwave and add it to balance out the soy sauce flavour, sometimes i add half a teaspoon of ginger (fresh or jar), i use this marinade often coz its simple and i always have soy sauce on hand, you can use it to marinade just about anything, chicken wings, chicken pieces, beef strips for a stir fry, even steak (for BBQ or fry)

    hope that helps..

I do the same, I always use they honey though as DF likes it. And sometimes I pop some ginger in there too. So simple and soo delicious.

Plum sauce is really nice too! And easy, just tip it over them from the bottle , and marinate for a while!
