    Default lump or something in throat?

    when i swallow ever since i had my christmas pudding yesturday it feels like there is something stuck in my throat i've tried coughing, drinking something nothing works it wont go away and its annoying the hell out of me.

    My mum had that feeling a few months back after having a nice dinner out. 4 days later she still had the lump in throat feeling and after a coughing fit spat out a whole pea not mushed at all! And she hadn't had peas since the dinner, she was amazed that the pea still looked the same as the day she *tried* to eat it.
    Hope it doesn't take that long for you.

    You might have just offended your throat a bit by swallowing too large a lump (and so stretching the throat more than it was expecting). Either that, or you're getting a summer cold, you poor thing!

    it doesnt seem as bad as yesturday but its still there but not as uncomfy or im just getting used to it
