    Default How would u pronounce........

    Amelia? A-me-lee-ah OR A-meal-yah? I like the 2nd one not so keen on the first, but i have a feeling people would use the 1st one?!?

    after saying it a few time I say a-meal-ee-a.. I thought I was saying a-me-lee-a until I actually thought about it

    Amelia I would pronounce a-MEE-li-ah, I would pronouce it as 4 syllables.

    Amilyah I would pronouce a-MIL-ya, with no EE at all (MIL rhyming with "will").

    Depends whether you want an EE sounds with that second syllable or not. If you do, I don't think Amilyah is the spelling that you want.

    Ameelya? (gosh that looks awful)
    Amielya? (better, but still awkward)
    Amealyah? (not any better)
