Think about it - if you're slightly different in any definable way, they'll gang together to mock, tease and ostracise you.

But the moment you get promoted above them... oh, suddenly NOW it's all different - NOW they can't get enough of you.

Someone told me that if a reindeer still has its antlers at Christmas time - it must be a female reindeer (as male reindeer have already dropped their antlers by that time of year). Now, every picture of Santa's reindeer has reindeer with antlers, ergo they must all be female.
