I can't believe I didn't think to follow Fredrik! I've bought his book but like all books I buy, I never read them!

It was the mobile scanning app for Snapchat. Where you scan your face and turn it into a dog, cat etc.

Frederik is so good. He writes beautifully about his life and shares not just real estate but also his personal life with his sausage dogs and his hubby Derik who is an artist from South Africa. How they met is so beautiful

Friends/family only. Not interested in celebrities or whatever at all.

Default Fluff: Who do you follow....

Mostly friends and family but also fashion bloggers/lifestyle bloggers (like Lauren Conrad and some lesser known London ones) and creative mummy business type ladies who make cute kids clothes or homewares.

ETA: I don't post any pictures on IG, just follow people. I don't use Twitter, used to follow people but only so many social media accounts I can handle!

I don't do twitter, but have recently got into and loving Instagram. I'm not really into the celeb stuff. I generally mostly follow family and friends plus because I'm a Thermomix consultant (and that's mainly what I use my Insta for) I follow quite a few thermomix pages or other consultants pages. I follow a few general food and healthy living pages, some essential oil pages, a few retro/vintage/pinup clothing type pages and maybe a few random ones and that's about it

I've got multiple twitter and Insta accounts for various companies I own so the mix is varied depending on the industry, plus my personals so follow anyone from travel to celebs. Personal I only follow family and friends. I decline anyone else.

Some interesting ones. Onemileatatime A travel blogger that flys first and business around the world and lives in hotels

Thepointsguy: more of the same as above

The Trumps. Always good for a laugh and I like Ivanka and her style

    Tori Spelling. Always upbeat

Pattie Newton. One of the nicest ladies ever

Lydia Schiavello. For amusement purposes and to laugh at these two groupies she has that comment and beg to meet her on every post.

Prison Break. Not long to go till the new season starts. Loved that show!

Ones I'd never follow, not even I got paid:
    Nadia Bartel
    Rebecca Judd loves herself
    Kylie Jenner
    Tara Moss
    Catriona Rowntree
    Cody Simpson
    Any of the hadad's
Anything to do with party plan
Shaynna Blaze. Her styling is atrocious (just checked her Insta recently for a project she did with purple walls. The oooing and aahing made me want to comment "this is the ugliest thing I've ever seen".

I also can't believe I forgot to mention Cat and Nat. They're two Canadian mum's and I've posted one of their "Mom Truths" videos before. Their main message is parenting is trucking hard work and they speak the truth about the every day struggles and mundane parts of parenting, but it's clear they still love it. I encourage EVERYONE to follow them as thy have such wonderful messages about parenting, I wish I knew about them before having kids. They're truly inspirational! They make their money from appearances and being the face of a lot of products where companies want mum's to promote and buy their items. But it was all established when they both had their first children within 9 months of each other and they now have 7 kids between them. I totally them and can't believe I forgot to mention them in my first post.

I follow a wide range of people and things as I think it's important to have balance. I have no problem following people like Bec Judd who shows one face of life, then some strong and powerful people promoting healthy eating and relationships and wellbeing and body love, and things that are my passion. It would be boring if I followed only 1 type of person / company
