    Default Bed wetting alarms

Our GP has recommended using a bed wetting alarm. Can anyone recommend one? My son is nearly 7 and is wetting his bed nightly. He is a deep sleeper and just doesn't wake until he is wet. Is there an alarm that is better than the others and did anyone have success with them?

    Thanks!

Have a look at therapee . We took our son to a holistic dentist who said his tubes where small , and that's why he was breathing through his mouth - meaning he wasn't getting enough oxygen and that affected his pituartry gland and that affected bed wetting .So she made us tape his mouth up and breath through his mouth for 5'minutes a night - I don't know if that worked or not . He is still a mouth breather and a deep sleeper but he stopped suddenly at 7.5 years old . We also stopped strawberries and watermelon . He also used to have a lot of headaches which have now gone .

Anyway , he just stopped one day after weeing every night multiple times a night . It was fantastic , he has never even had one night since .

If that had not happened we were going to buy the therapee alarm as it has so many great reviews on the website .

Good luck , sorry for the essay but is all worth a mention.

First night tonight for DS (nearly 7) using his bed wetting alarm. We organised it thru our local community continence nurse. We had to do a fluid n poo chart first to check for the easy things that effect night wetting like UTI and constipation etc.
