    Default mental health tribunal hearing

Has anyone been through this process when on an involuntary treatment order? I am happy to remain an involuntary patient and receive ect providing we can fix the logistical nightmare and do it from the community rather than as an inpatient tossing up whether to appoint legal aid solicitor (and if so whether to use the same one is representing me the next day at court against DHS).

I can't answer your question but didn't want to read and run. I completed an essay on the mental health act for uni last semester, and came across this interactive video during my research. Will give you an idea of what to expect during the process.
