@Monty73 - Welcome hun sorry to hear you have been through so much and now to find that you have the uterine septum. Really hoping this makes the difference for you though hun and you can now move forwards to carry a successful pregnancy. Can I ask if your dctr saw the endo on a scan or was it only found through the lap ie was he anticipating finding it?
@Blossom74 - Thinking of you hun x
Ok seems I have more issues. My progesterone is being closely observed this cycle as it plumeted last cycle. I am currently on 3 pessaries, 100mg of provera and daily progesterone injections. All was looking good and my progesterone was at 430 on Tuesday but now 3 days later its plumeted again to 57. I have no idea what is going on and there is nothing else they can give me. Will see what it is at on Wednesday when I have my hcg bt test.
So I have a very irregular shaped gestational sac.
And I have a tilted uterus which is making things very difficult to see.
But on the plus side, I have this:-
I am told this is my baby. It has a heartbeat of 155 beats per minute.
And I am in complete shock.

I nearly vomited on the radiologist. She said "I can't believe what I'm seeing here."
The sac is really odd. You can only see half of it in this picture - there is another round bit to the other side and it looks like a bow-tie.
They said they need to keep a very close eye on it, and I have to re-scan again next Friday. But for now...they say I am pregnant.
I just can't believe it. My brain cannot wrap itself around this....
Pregnant for the first-time?
