Default How to deal with pregnancy rashes?

    Hello ladies,
I am 12 weeks pregnant and i am having small rashes all over my body (lucky not on my face!), but everyday there's more showing up on my tummy, boobs, arms, and back. I look like a dalmatian! Some of them are sooooo itchy. Is anyone going through the same thing? How do you deal with it?

    Thanks!!

    Pixie

Rashes are common in pregnant women. It is due to the hormonal changes in the body. Applying aloevera gel and shea butter can be effective. Also wiping the area with apple cider vinegar can also reduce the rashes. Make sure you dont have an allergy for the lotion you use.

Eeek that doesn't sound like fun at all. Google PUPS. It's a pregnancy rash that I think usually only appears toward the end of pregnancy but there are plenty of pregnancy safe recommendations for treating itchy rashes. I got a rash on my hand after getting tree sap on it at about 36 weeks and it's still there (I had my bub last week) but I found drinking dandelion tea helped. Sounds odd but it really worked, something to do with liver support. Good luck. I hope you get some relief!
