If you dont mind me asking, I was 55kg when i feel pregnant, i am currently 23 +2 weeks and nearly 63kg i was hoping to keep my total weight gain to under 10-12 kg, however my sister is a deitition and doesn't think I've gained to much as i haven't really gained it any were but my belly and boobs! is this normal and should I be worried? My weight gain was weird gained 4kg in first trimester but nothing till 20 weeks now gaining more again... or should i not worry till i weigh my self after babies born?
Last question what did you do to stay fit while pregnant?
I think as long as you are eating healthy when you can and keeping active, then you should not even be looking at the scale. It's absolutely no indication of what kind of weight you have gained (fat/tissue/fluid/blood/baby/uterus) and you shouldn't be putting that pressure on yourself but setting a maximum number.

I started out around 55kg and at almost 39 weeks am almost 66kg but my doctor has not even weighed me once throughout my pregnancy because there was no reason to. I also am just belly and boobs, everyone is different and I think you should just allow your first pregnancy to be your benchmark and relax and enjoy it, while staying healthy.
