    I think as long as you are eating healthy when you can and keeping active, then you should not even be looking at the scale. It's absolutely no indication of what kind of weight you have gained (fat/tissue/fluid/blood/baby/uterus) and you shouldn't be putting that pressure on yourself but setting a maximum number.

    I started out around 55kg and at almost 39 weeks am almost 66kg but my doctor has not even weighed me once throughout my pregnancy because there was no reason to. I also am just belly and boobs, everyone is different and I think you should just allow your first pregnancy to be your benchmark and relax and enjoy it, while staying healthy.

    My first was 6 hours from first contraction til birth and I was 106kgs the day o gave birth.
