Default Does diet affect your mental health during pregnancy?

    Are you pregnant?
We are looking for women who are between 8 and 15 weeks pregnant to help with research on diet and mental health during and after pregnancy.

You just need to complete online questionnaires and will go into the draw to win Coles/Myer shopping vouchers.

For more information on this study please visit: www.perinatalfoodandmoodstudy.com.au

and then would you mind please coming back and commenting 'done' in this post?

The more women who do this, the better the quality of the research!
    THANK YOU!

*I am a psychologist who specialises in perinatal mental health and I am now doing a PhD looking at diet and nutrition and mental health during pregnancy and postnatally through the University of South Australia. I am passionate about supporting women to stay healthy physically and emotionally during pregnancy and the first year, and I want to find out how diet and nutrition might help with this. This study has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee at the University of South Australia. Thanks! Angie Willcocks

@AngieWillcocks you might want to change the 'your survey response' email that gets sent after completion. It's just the standard sample text with several prompts for you (the survey writer) to fill in gaps lol
