I would totally put our tree up if I wasn't almost 40 weeks pregnant!! I love Xmas! Our old house was tiny and the tree took up a lot of space so I'm excited to see how it looks in our new place.
This was our tree in previous years:

DS actually asked to put our tree up today...so we did

Ours is quite small though. Might upgrade to a larger tree this year.

I am absolutely fanging to put our tree up, I love Christmas!

And Hubby has that look of fear in his eyes - a combination of knowing he has to do the crap part (put up the tree) and that I am about to decide this years theme colours and buy the free world's supply of Christmas balls in said colour.....

I love decorating the tree. I love the lights. I love the whole thing!

Once up, our tree stays up until the end of January, lol....

My dh has that same look of fear!! More of concern about how many lights I have bought this year and him having to put them up!

I wait until after dd's birthday to put up our tree.... might put it up the day after. I love christmas

I'm waiting for DH to get a break from harvest for a day to help put the tree up. I'm so excited for Xmas this year. Our first in our new home. DS has some understanding of what's going on and everyone is getting along.
Can't wait for tree and all the other Xmas stuff!

So far, the only new decorations for us are some silver doves on rope and white stars on rope, like kitchen twine. I have white bells hanging and some beachy shell things on the window. I know it's early, but sitting here tonight looking at the twinkling lights makes me look forward to time off with the kids.

    Maybe it will start labour!

As for us, DH would roll his eyes if I put it up now. I will wait until December 1. Impatiently.
