Default I just put my Christmas tree up

So, I am an early bird, but as far as I am concerned, as soon as Melb Cup is run, its the run up to Christmas. I am so excited!

I'd love to put mine up, but dd2 has asked for a Christmas tree for her birthday (early next month) 😁, so I'm thinking of starting a tradition where we set it up the day after her birthday.

We always get a real one and it's being delivered on 30th November - I'm literally going through all my decorations now to see what I need to go buy - I can't wait!

We always do 1 December. I find the kids get so wound up about Christmas so early these days I don't need the hassle at home too. I was at the shops yesterday and santa was arriving. It's too soon.

I always get mine from Dural Xmas tree farm, you can go out there and pick your own which we've done a couple of times but it's an hour each way from here so I just get them to deliver it! They are beautiful, the American style ones and you can get them from 5ft to 20ft! We always get 8ft (2.4m) so it will fit in our house!
