CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy!

I am inviting women who are between 8 & 15 weeks pregnant to be involved in a study on diet, stress & mental health during pregnancy & postnatally.

Participation in the study is entirely through online questions & involves completion of 4 questionnaires- 2 during your pregnancy & 2 in the months after the birth of your baby. *I am a psychologist who specialises in perinatal mental health and I am
now doing a PhD looking at diet and nutrition and mental health during
pregnancy and postnatally through the University of South Australia. I am passionate about supporting women to stay healthy physically and emotionally during pregnancy and the first year, and I want to find out how diet and nutrition might help with this.
