    Default Vegetarian thermomix recipes

    Hi all,
So tomorrow, after a long long wait I will finally be getting my thermomix.
Can you share some favourite vegetarian recipes with me or point me in the direction of good places to look?

    Thanks so much

    Default Vegetarian thermomix recipes

It really depends what you're going to use it for.

    But as a basic:

    Flour (including bakers flour)
    Yeast
    Rice (brown, white, basmati)
Nuts (if you want to make your own almond meal, peanut butter etc)
Lots of dried herbs and spices
    Oil
    Lentils/beans
    Oats
    Sea/rock salt
    Sugar (rapadura, coconut, raw)

That's where I started. Have fun!

Great! I've got most of that stuff so I should be able to get started straight away. Thanks for the tips. I'm so excited and I'm sure my 8mo DD is going to love all the new food I'm going to make.

Thermobexta is great for vegetarian food too.
Hope you enjoy your Thermomix - I remember having lots of fun in the first few weeks. Still use mine a lot 3 years later.

Thank you. So far I've made the veggie stock and bliss balls and DP made mushroom risotto. All from 2pm and now we're in bed for an early night. It's definitely love
