Default TTC and running out of options

Hi there, first time poster here
I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies out there would be able to help me out. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for just over 2 years now and we have never gotten a BFP. I started seeing my specialist over a year ago and I have had the blood test and ultrasounds to check to make sure I ovulate and everything is perfect as my cycle is spot on. I had a laparoscopy in February which found some endometriosis but nothing he was to concerned about, I have tried everything I can get my hands on from vitamins to lubricants, yam cream, acupuncture and just last cycle I tried progesterone pessaries with no luck.
My specialist seems to think my last option is IUI then IVF but im just hoping someone out there has something else I can try or someone I can see. I m a pretty healthy person who doesn't drink or smoke and i haven't been on any birth control for the last 7 years, so the doctors having no answers is really frustrating for me. I live on the gold coast so if that helps with any info I would be truly be grateful. Thankyou xx

Hi. If you are younger than 30 keep trying. Don't go to IVF yet. My friend's sister took her 2.5 years and she was only 24 when she started. I know we become inpatient but if you are that you are better off waiting.
How is your diet? Do you exercise?

A couple of things come to mind:
Has your DH been checked out?
Have you had tests for immune issues such as ANA? I think these can go hand in hand with endo sometimes.
Have you had tests to see that your Fallopian tubes are clear?
Often when people start the IVF process problems come to light with sperm & egg quality that just can't be foreseen with any prior tests. They only find out when growing the embryos.
Depending on how old you are, perhaps give it another 6-12 months before moving on to IUI or IVF.
I found acupuncture quite helpful, more for relaxation than anything. Maybe give it a try. ETA sorry just read you have tried it.
