@LillyM I totally understand last cycle we had 9 and only two fertilised - gutted. It's confusing about fert rates mine have certainly declined over time so makes me wonder if due to egg quality, although We've used frozen TESE sperm the last few times which I'm sure isn't helping things. Hope they progress wonderfully

@gorgeousgeorge not sure about the DNA fragmentation test Hun but yes def get it done just so you can make sure it is DH's swimmers.

Do you know if the clinic has IMSI? It's where they use a powerful high magnification digital imaging microscope 10,000 more powerful than the one they use for ICSI and can exclude the swimmers that would otherwise look normal but are really abnormal.

I wish FSs paid more attention to the male factor infertility and narrowed down exactly what the test results really mean in terms of potential success.

i love your research on de, it's certainly got my mind ticking for backup plan I like lthe sound of money back guarantee, I too will need donor embryos!

Can you or @gorgeousgeorge tell me when you do de os i will be on cetrotide for 10 days i assume to stop ovulation? Hopefully wazza will write me thr script bit how much is it as i imagine there is no medicare rebate etc. I will also need progynova and pred etc

@infinity888 hi there, with dr.n we dont take centride, i think that is because the estradiol / progynova prevents ovulation anyway but im not sure. I do know i definitely didn't have to take cetrotide. Just progynova. I dont have immune issues but so also didnt need pred or clexane but when i did take it for own egg cycles it was always the usual $38 scripts. I filked a script for cetrotide once fof own egg cycle and it was also $38 for 10 syringes. Ive still got them as i never needed to use them.
