    Default Sick from B Complex?

Hi - hoping or advice and experience of others. I added a Blackmores 50mg B Complex this month after finding out I O on cd15 (of a 26 day cycle, with spotting from cd22). I started after O this month and was pretty happy that my spotting stopped competely... but now I am 2 days late for af, I have sore breasts, heartburn and constant headaches. I got a BFN this morning (dpo12) so I am fairly certain pregnancy is not the cause of my pain (unfortunately).

Has anyone else had negative side effects from taking B vitamins? I thought 50mg was a fairly low dose, but I am going to go off them tomorrow and see if I feel better. Heartburn in particular is very unleasant!

I bought a bottle of b complex vitamins recently and the lady at the chemist warned me they could upset my stomach. Sure enough I spent an afternoon in bed feeling horrible followed by a huge vomit. No other cause possible than the vitamin.

I've never had a problem with B complex other than the occasional minor headache after taking it for a long time. Did you take it with food?
Everyone responds differently to vits - I know elevit makes me nauseous.
