    Yeah for sure! If my mum moves with us we can afford something nicer and closer to the beach... but she's just trying to decide what she wants to do. So I'm (impatiently) waiting.....!

    Hi there,
    I highly recommend Buderim... it ticks all the boxes that you are asking for... it isn't beachside but you are only a ten minute drive to the beach so it's kind of the same. It's roughly a 20-25min drive to Caloundra (depending on what side of Buderim you live on). It has beautiful schools/daycare centre and there are also great schools at sippy downs which is close... it is a mix of older population and lots of young families. Good luck where ever you choose, best decision we ever made moving from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast.
