@ange1111 - Hun you dont sound 100% sure about staying with your old fs. Make sure its the best thing for you before you do anything as you would hate to regret it. Not trying to sway your decision any its just you dont sound happy with your decision. I have been there its a huge step moving from one specialist to another so thinking of you hun its so hard. Good luck which ever way you decide to go xx

On the whole I take my supplements at the same time but its not essential I dont think, its just the only way to make sure I remember all of them. I have an old lady pill box so I take the majority in the morning after breakfast some after lunch and the rest before bed.

Hi @pingc383 . If possible all supplements and medications are best taken at the same time each day and evenly distributed if multiple doses. It just keeps a more even amount of the substance in the body. Some things like Co-Q10 are also best taken in the morning as some people find it disturbs their sleep. Also with the supplements I found they got better and better as time passed (we'd been on them 5-6 months when we got our golden embie).

I'm having a day 2 local scan.. I may have to take a puregon pen with me if they tell me to start.. I checked youtube and they say the stim meds should be given at room temperature.. Does anyone do that?
I wouldn't stress over timing the supplements too much hun just try your best.

As for the puregon injections they should definitely be done at the same time and yes I take them out of the fridge to warm up before I inject. It stings less that way too. Have also warmed the vials up in my hand in the past if I forget to take them out in advance.

@pingc383 for this cycle my lining was 5.6mm and then that night so 14hrs later it was 4.5 and warren was happy to start. See how you go but it might not be a long wait.
@Grace1 Charlotte will do them. She's done a transfer for us and was our OB for our son. She is wonderful.

AFM heaps of nice big follicles today, over 20 and warren thinks about 12-16 will be mature. There is already some free fluid so very high risk for OHSS. Trigger Saturday and pickup Monday. Feeling pretty average, nauseated, exhausted and hot flushes.

Haha I wonder what wazza would say to that, will be a hilarious scene! 5:10 is pushing it, he must be really busy.

@pingc383 good news on delayed start, I know you were worried about EPU timing.
@mummymaybe hope you get good eggs and avoid ohss. Xoxo
@Grace1 Hun wazza said FET has better success rate compared to transferring in a stim cycle so waiting for a month is worthwhile. He advised to keep the best grade for FET in my case.

@pingc383 - Sounds like the delayed start may help things work out for you with EPU which is great news. Hope those follies grow nicely from here.
@mummymaybe - Thats great news hun great that all is going to plan for Monday. Hope you start to feel ok over the weekend x
@Grace1 - That sounds like a good plan hun if you feel the pgd is the best option for you at least that way you can plan for it in regards EPU and ICSI. I also worried about the thaw process hun but so far we haven't had any issue at QFG, they will only freeze the embies that look strong enough. Good luck with it all x
