@SimSam8 I think they will let u surge naturally if u have already started surging. Just work on the basis that all scans and transfers are done mon wed fri (sat? for transfer) and u prob can figure out a rough schedule? My first iui scan was day 11 (trigger day) and second iui no scan (was too late already surged on day 10)

@Beckmilamoo I have been with Primary syd for over 12mths now. There are 3 FS, which are all female and their details are on the website. My FS is very passive and its extremely hard to communicate with her, so I find it best to tell her what I want. You have exp with IVF so you can tell your FS what works and what doesn't. My protocol was different for 3 cycles. The 3rd was my best. BT's can be done at any Laverty pathology, no drama there. Everything is bulk billed. We still get ICSI / PICSI, guided transfers have happened, and also adding in additional drugs for some of us that are not youthful and responding as we'd like. All you outlay is the drugs, which are very much compensated, the day surgery $600 (mine was $0 as I have PH). All FET's are free. You have nurse access 24hrs which I have used as I ended up in hospital in Feb post transfer. I email them and get a response almost immediately. Also the scans are done onsite and the sonographer, Aisha is really good. She will show you the screen and tell you what you want. Im pretty sure scans can be done at other locations but the results need to be ready that day for monitoring.

I hope I have covered it. I am so thankful for Primary, as we have secondary IF and Id not pay all the cash on IVF when I could spend it on our son.

Best of luck if you change over. Its heading towards end of year so Id be booking in now for their GP appt. Take all your records so you wont have to repeat them.

    Best wishes.....xx

AFM - CD14 BT today. This is dragging on.. Alot of waiting in a FET.

Yes...they say don't wear perfume..so don't wear perfume. When I was in the waiting room all I could smell was perfume. Go in with a positive attitude...and I didn't shower for 2 days after....just my intuition. Early days but it worked. Also try relax and take a few days off or a week if possible. All the best.
