Hi @Giraffez, I was on 40 of clexane (one syringe each night) as part of the Bondi protocol (with prednisolone) for NK cells. Got my bfp second cycle on it and am expecting twins in Feb

@Giraffez, my last cycle was with Primary in Melbourne, but I was with Monash before then which is where I got the protocol from. I was just really lucky to get Dr Nic who appreciated that we were experienced IVF'rs who had an understanding of what we felt worked (and didn't!) and he supported our wishes
Sometimes the Clexane hurt - sometimes it didn't. Just when I thought I had found a good technique, the next one would sting! It's manageable though and mainly just stings for a few seconds after the injection. I stayed on it until the end of the first trimester, so if I could do it for that long you can too!

Thanks @OneOfTheseDays in certainly not looking forward to it but anything for a bfp I suppose. I'm not on it for nk cells (haven't even tested for that) but for blood thinning although the fs did say to stop once and if I get my bfp

I will just avoid looking after her and on my ward people are only there for 2-3 days so she will go home or go to another ward
