tuxcat I've had four pregnancies that progressed at least to 6-10 weeks and I have to say that with every one I had bad cramping early on - one was so bad - we were on holiday and I was apologising to DH about getting AF going to arrive on holiday as I couldn't join in with things we'd planned. As it happened it never arrived and sure enough I was pregnant. Mine was always worse at bed time and first thing of a morning - it would wake me up the cramps were so bad.
So, I don't think it's necessarily a bad sign, everyone is different, but for me it was a positive sign as I don't get AF cramps like that normally. Fingers and toes crossed for you love
Edit: the miscarriages were nothing to do with the cramping either, they all implanted properly so it was more immune issue things hon, sorry if my post sounded negative, it was meant to be reassuring!!!!
