@tuxcat first of all hoping the cramps are a positive sign. Remember @Tahli had all sorts of cramping too so it's not over yet. I'm crossing everything for you x

In answer to your question no wedding plans yet. We've booked a venue for an engagement party and plan to get married in Bali at some stage. Roll it all into one if possible to save on costs.
@infinity888 really interested to hear about Cyprus. What are your other options? Please let us know.

@tuxcat 10dpo yeah? Tempted to crack open a FRER or too apprehensive for another day or so? Is your FMU strongest? I'm liking the sounds of the cramping personally.

    Morning everyone,

So I finally got my medical plan for cape town- yaaaaay! 🏽
Need some advice please. Given the choice of drugs provided, are there any that are preferable to others? The idea of a spray seems better than an injection- what have your experiences been?
I know some of you have bought your drugs online – is it cheaper than through my GP? xxx

Default IVF Over 40's #40 Temp

@tuxcat I've had four pregnancies that progressed at least to 6-10 weeks and I have to say that with every one I had bad cramping early on - one was so bad - we were on holiday and I was apologising to DH about getting AF going to arrive on holiday as I couldn't join in with things we'd planned. As it happened it never arrived and sure enough I was pregnant. Mine was always worse at bed time and first thing of a morning - it would wake me up the cramps were so bad.

So, I don't think it's necessarily a bad sign, everyone is different, but for me it was a positive sign as I don't get AF cramps like that normally. Fingers and toes crossed for you love

Edit: the miscarriages were nothing to do with the cramping either, they all implanted properly so it was more immune issue things hon, sorry if my post sounded negative, it was meant to be reassuring!!!!

thanks so much ladies, I don't know where I would be without you all!!

everybody seems to like the sound of the cramps except me lol

@Caesardust sounds exciting about your engagement party and wedding, Ive known a few people who have gone to various islands for theirs and it seems really easy and lovely! We went out of Sydney for ours too - the hunter valley so it forces everyone to take a weekend away and was amazing, you get so much more for your money outside of the big cities.

@Tahli @BlondeinBrisvegas I keep going back and comparing old notes with my only other IVF BFP (over 3 years ago!!) but its hard to compare because it was a fresh cycle, I was only on pregnyl and my cycles were a bit different then. And then when I compare to the FET cycles with the same meds, this is completely different - with those old cycles of mine I felt very little, so Im just hoping that having all this stuff messing with my head is actually a good thing. Yesterday I had the biggest dizzy spell at work, and so of course that meant it was going to be a BFP. The one thing I do remember is that it was really at 12dpo the AF stuff stopped and I started getting those fluttery feelings and knew it was all good. Please Please Please Please let this work

@Summer @infinity888 @Caesardust Cyprus sounds promising and wonderful!! Ive never been but could imagine it would be lovely. I hope its works out as a viable option!!

@Blossom74 thinking of you and hoping your lining is getting its sh!t together and everything is running along nicely up there! Have you and @MissDa met up?
