Ladies who are doing de did you have to go on the pill. If i go ahead they want my cycle to start in nov on the 19th which it will start then anyway so not sure why i still need the pill.... although a scratch and flush in October would bring it on earlier maybe? Is it just too risky to do de cycle fresh transfer without the pill?
@infinity888 hi lovely, i think they get you to go on the pill just to make sure of your period date. I know my de cycle was organised to coincide with my natural cycle which has always been like clockwork but no joke, the period i was supposed to get, 1 month before my donor cycle came a whole week early! That had never ever happened before. So you just go on the pill to make sure of your period date incase your cycle mysteriously goes haywire coz life does that sometimes just fir s h i t s n giggles i suppose ;-)

@Gen72 im thinking its been 24 hours and bubbas still in there so thats another day down which makes a big difference :-)

The first thing that came into my head when I read about your 5 embies was the line from the 12 Days Of Christmas "5 Golden Rings"....So I'm hoping that's an omen that you've got 5 of the best there in the dish powering along and come Monday will be all beautiful Blasty's waiting to be transferred into Mummy or off for a long sleep "Snow White Style" in the freezer

and prayers being sent for them all to keep growing until Monday!!!!

yeah @Tahli that doesn't look like pregnyl. congrats!

welcome @MysticFalls. good luck with your cycle. sounds like you've got some options which is handy
@infinity888 I think they do want you to take the pill leading up to the DE cycle so they can control dates etc. sounds like your natural cycle lines up anyway. maybe check with your clinic?

I had to go on the pill for my cycle. Hated every bit of it (the pill and I are not friends) but it was a necessary evil in order to sync me to my lovely donor
