We're still ok here. Spent the afternoon pinning down everything outside so it doesn't blow away after I saw a warning about 110km per hour wind coming our way. So far there has been some wind but nothing remarkable, and some light showers. Just waiting to see now if a larger storm develops or not....

I have packed all our bags as if we are heading to the airport. The cat's have their stuff packed too, so if by chance the SES rock up to evacuate we are ready to go. It's just a matter of waiting it out now. Those poor people in Adelaide, they really copped it.

Tomorrow is my CD9 lining scan! There's some exciting news! The hospital is just over my back fence so I can swim there if need be! My bleeding has stopped thanks to a little extra Progynova too

Apologies for the quick post. Am thinking of you all in between thinking about the impending storm and IVF cycle, lol

How did you fare overnight Luv???

Good Luck with your CD9 scan today!!!!!

@Gen72, big hugs to you lovely, what a scary thing to have happen all of a sudden. As everyone has said though, you're in the best possible place. Hang tight, take deep breaths and will that bubba to stay in as long as possible

@Tahli, how are you feeling this morning love? Off to the GP for a checkup?

AFM - we're still alive! We got some rain last night - maybe 15mm? - and it was reasonably windy but there is no flooding coming up the street so that's a good start. My lining scan is at 11.15am this morning and after that I'm going to pop round to the river and have a look at how it's faring. I marked the ground yesterday so I could see if it rises or drops. Fingers crossed, hey! At least there was no emergency evacuation last night!

@Blossom74 Thanks for asking after me too. You should take a pic of your marker next to the river for us. I'd love to see what the swollen river looks like!!

Oh @Gen72 what a shock. I hope your little one can stay put for a while yet. I'm sure the Mater will look after you well and know it is one of the top maternity hospitals in Australia, so you and bub are in safe hands. A friend of mine has just come out (with her bub) after 6 weeks. I hope you have a similarly good result. Thinking of you.

Wow, beautiful pics @Blossom74! Thanks so much. I love the ethereal grey gums. Yep, totally a country girl at heart! Maybe a gentle canoe paddle instead?!

@Tahli squeee!! It looks darker to me but yeah difficult to call it at this stage. Still, great to see a line.

My afternoon wee used to give me the darker line of the day *cough*
