On Warren's instructions and speaking with 3 of his nurses there's variance on when to take the final Pregnyl booster (10dpo or 11dpo) so I've decided to go with the very very last opportunity which would be late on Friday at 11.5dpo. And as we know, don't we @Bongley, 12dpo is the decider day!
BiB you stopped the Barocca as well didn't you? I'm struggling to keep drinking it. Did you replace it with something else?

    Yep....Mega B capsules Luv

just got the call..only 4 maybe 5 have fertilised so we are a bit disappointed with that. Oh well this whole process is full of ups and downs isnt it. So the 5th one they are still watching as it showed signs of it but they cant say for sure at this point, so hopefully it will pull through. Our donor was a little disappointed too but I explained this is the uncertainty that is IVF so now we just have to hope they do their thing and make lovely blasts. uurgghh.

I can understand your disappointment @tuxcat when you were hoping all 10 might fertilise. Kudos for propping up your egg donor emotionally. You're a star. C'mon fifth little embryo. 4 or 5 is still great hun. I guess it's about adjusting your expectations now. Getting into the 5 precious little embryos headspace. Snap, crackle, pop little ones! Do you now have the nervous wait until day 3?

I'm one who didn't respond well at all to Wazzas cocktail of drugs, but he works with Known Donors & I was already on the books so figured I'd go back.

If I go ahead with the whole biopsy thing then I'll ask Wazza to do the same tests as Dr M - I won't go through two biopsies so we have to get it right the first time! I suspect a progesterone allergy so I'll talk to him about that & I'm also severely allergic to egg so can't do intralipids so need to discuss alternatives to that. I hope it will be a positive appointment & I can move forward with further investigations. Nothing has been found with all the other extensive blood testing I've had done & no one has really wanted to look into my uterus too much as I've had natural pregnancies...

Anyway, it will be good to get the ball rolling! Thanks for your good wishes
Summer just wanted to reach out and give you a hug from afar, sounds like this whole thing has out a lot of pressure on the relationship- I can totally relate. I really hope you get some answers with these biopsies.
On the intralipid / egg thing - I was reading something yesterday on Dr Bravemans site about how the future of intralipids could include using Fish Oil as its less inflammatory (Omega 3s vs Omega 6 oils)...i don't like the idea of filling myself with the soybean/egg mix personally but am going give it another go next round. I wonder if ultra high dose fish oil could help (omega 3)? Anyway, hugs
