Yeah, completely @BlondeinBrisvegas. I've only used them twice before (last Mon and Wed) and they're excruciatingly slow. Last Wed they didn't even have my estrogen result by 4.30pm. Still don't know what it was. So I'm not holding my breath for a 4pm result today. My gp leaves her office at 4.20pm and she's doing me a favour by giving me my result over the phone.
What I am worried about though is staying within Babymed's normal range after only just making it in there last Wednesday. The doubling time was 37 hours. Maybe I should focus on that instead!!

@BlondeinBrisvegas thanks for asking .... I"m all over the place. One minute elated next thinking something wrong and next blood test tomorrow will be of concern. I keep getting spotting but FS nurse says likely irritation from pesseries (just slight old dark blood). I am tired a lot but other than that I don't have a lot of symptoms. I keep waiting for morning sickness or cravings. I am not really hungry but when I eat I suddenly am hungry. DH is over the moon and so relaxed he doesn't think anything can go wrong and basically has us thinking of twins and being very happy so that's a great help! I feel guilty for even stressing as at least I've had BFP already! It's also so weird - being this age and finally being pregnant - doesn't seem real!

@Rhino Needless to say everything's crossed for your repeat blood test tomorrow. Will you get the results by 4pm? Pessaries are certainly know to make you spot, as are DE transfers apparently.
Btw, I'm absolutely shattered too and turned into a progesteroney b*tch today!
To secure a place at my preferred hospital, I had to book my O/B today (5+0) at the latest, which is just flippin' well beyond madness and ridiculousness. I don't even know if my hcg is rising let alone anything else. It's all CRAZY talk.

What the...! I don't even know anything about that and it would be on my radar this early!! Wow - I'd better look into it - I don't even have an OB yet yikes! I do have a preferred hospital as well - just naively thought I'd be able to go there (given it's a public hospital)... And I have one I definitely do NOT want (sadly the closest to my home)...

@Rhino Please, please don't stress hun. I wanted my local private hospital which books out pre 5 weeks of pregnancy. Like I said, absolute madness. I didn't have an O/B until this morning either. I just chose one who specialises in high risk pregnancies to cover myself. But it all felt like playing a game. Like I'm a big fat fake. And that I'll need to cancel it all this week. Buuut it had to be done, on the off chance things go well.
@BlondeinBrisvegas I can totally see why the DE Pregnant and Parenting thread was set up. This kind of chat isn't right here.

@Tahli re the ob thing, its horrid isn't it, they told me to wait until I had seen the HB before booking but the one we wanted you kind of have to book as soon as you find out, which I don't like having to do either. FX you get your results back today. The lab won't give them out to you over the phone will they?
@Rhino good luck for tomorrow. its natural to worry after everything you've been through.....it doesn't stop once you fall pregnant does it?!
@Blossom74 any update for us yet? Is your ET on Wednesday?

Yeah, it's insane @Molros. I wanted to wait until the heartbeat scan too, at hopefully 6+3, but nope, that's too late apparently. Everything can be cancelled if needs be. I haven't paid anything.
Nope, the lab won't release the results just my gp over the phone, and even then she's breaking the rules. Bless her!
